We have an amazing team here at Towmaster, some who have been with us for several years or even decades! Today we are celebrating Reese Peterson, a team member recently promoted to our Service, Warranty and Parts Manager for Truck Equipment. Reese recently celebrated his 14th year at Towmaster and during that time has contributed so much to our team and business.
Reese was one of the few selected team members to start the Truck Equipment production at Towmaster. In 2008, Reese was called into a secret meeting at a local restaurant. He walked in to find a group of Towmaster team members around a table, ready to discuss the future of the company. Reese and other team members were chosen for this new project, and started to build trucks that July. Reese is one of three original members still on board with Towmaster.
Tim Erickson, Truck Equipment Sales Manager, said, “I’ve had the privilege of working with Reese throughout his truck equipment career, and I’m so glad that he was a part of the beginning of the truck equipment division here at Towmaster. Reese brings a natural gift of relating to the customer’s needs, a calmness along with a host of experience that provides the customer with a solution to their problem or situation. Transitioning into the Service/Warranty/Parts role is only going to solidify Towmaster’s position as the premier customer service organization in Minnesota. I congratulate him on his new role and look forward to supporting him from the sales department.”
When not at work, Reese enjoys spending time with his three grandkids and family. He also enjoys the outdoors to include golfing and side-by-side cruises. Reese’s favorite part of the job is the customer relationships he has built and we look forward to Reese continuing to grow and build these relationships in his expanded role and for the years to come.
